At the beginning of the summer season, Ismail and Hakan, two young Kurds, are getting ready for their new job at a huge all-inclusive hotel on the Turkish Riviera. As they observe the colourful swimsuits, the plates filled with food and the different ways of addressing other people, they gradually discover new opportunities to move ahead in life. ALL-IN explores the loss of innocence against the backdrop of a fading European dream. The initial kindness becomes indifference when Ismail’s and Hakan’s initiation into the absurd world of Western tourism quickly leads them to wonder: what dreams are really worth aspiring to?
