Where does the idea for a documentary film on immigration come from? How is it possible to meet the people who will become the protagonists of the narration, and how to interact with them? How can you translate these relationships in terms of script and staging? Gianluca and Massimiliano De Serio, Andrea Fenoglio, Rossella Schillaci and Enrico Verra, five directors who have narrated different aspects of immigration in Italy in their work, will deal with these issues, trying to provide an answer to all these questions.
